While Tabitha spies on the court proceedings in her magic bowl, Ethan, Julian, and Eve discuss the possibility of Eve being sent to jail for the rest of her life. Grace Nancier then walks into the court with Liz, preparing to question Eve on the stand. A little while later, as Rebecca considers taking Julian's offer, she walks into the court room to see how things are going. Elsewhere, Sam gets a surprise when Chris asks him to be James' godfather. He then goes to work at the station and has to the opportunity to see Noah. When he learns Sam is planning on selling his boat to bail him out of jail, Noah refuses to let him do that. At the mansion, after Fancy gets an earful from Ivy about how she is destroying the Bennett's, she decides to go bail Noah out of jail.
