While Ethan and Gwen are arguing over his feelings for Theresa, she and Jared go to the mansion. Upon their arrival; they soon run into a drunk Julian, who demands to take little Ethan to a baseball game, with Theresa sternly refusing; resulting in Ethan being called over. When Theresa hears that Ethan is on Julian's side, she vows to crush them if taken to court. Meanwhile, at Sam's, when Luis attempts to arrest Spike, Chris vouches for Spike about seeing him at the carnival, resulting in his release. After Luis and the others leave, Jessica asks Spike how he knew about what happened to her when he mentioned it to Luis and the others where there. Upon arriving at the mansion, Luis makes sure Fancy's room is secure before being they go into a sauna to relax.
