At the station, Fancy and Sam have a quick talk about Pilar's shooting before Luis shows up. Upon his arrival, Luis is surprised when Sam tells him that Fancy wrote the report the shooting and break in for him. Elsewhere, Ethan dreams of being in bed with Theresa before getting ready for work. After getting cleaned up, Ethan goes to see Pilar and Gwen runs into Sheridan and Chris at the Book Café. While the women talk, Spike text messages Chris and demands he take Sheridan up on her offer to work at Crane Industries. At the office, Theresa meets with Jared and offers him the job he interviewed for. Not long after accepting the job offer, Jared helps Theresa seal a deal with an overseas company. After he leaves her office, Theresa calls Whitney to tell her about her feelings toward Jared.
