On the pier, Tabitha gets a visit from Timmy's spirit and is told that using her magic for evil won't get Endora back. At the warehouse, Alistair shows up and starts taunting Luis for cheating on Fancy, and Pretty for thinking that a guy like Luis would ever love a freak like her. When he says that he's tempted to take their child to be a playmate for Marty, Luis attacks Alistair. In the hospital, Gwen is feeding Jonathan a bottle of holistic formula, refusing to believe Ethan that it won't help their son. A doctor then tells Ethan that since Gwen is in a delusional state, she'll have to face reality in her own time. In another part of the hospital, Theresa learns that Little Ethan is a match for Jonathan and he is scared to have the operation. When he asks how he can be such a good match for Jonathan since he isn't family, Theresa shares her secret with him. Later, when Ethan walks over to them, Little Ethan happily calls him daddy.
