Police Women of Broward County season 1 episode 5, titled "Super Hot Blonde," follows the daily struggles and triumphs of four female officers as they risk their lives to keep the Broward County community safe. In this episode, we see a special focus on detective Andrea Penoyer, who works in specialized units to track down drug traffickers and other criminals.

The episode starts off with Penoyer briefing her team on an upcoming drug bust operation. The team is responsible for busting a drug trafficking gang that has been plaguing the county for months. They have received a tip-off that the gang is scheduled to make a drug pick-up later in the day, and Penoyer's team needs to be ready to pounce on them.

As soon as the briefing is over, Penoyer sets out with her team to set up a surveillance perimeter around the location where the drug pick-up is supposed to take place. The team stations themselves around the location and waits for the gang to make a move. After a few hours of waiting, they spot a van coming towards their location, with a woman at the wheel.

Penoyer and her team can't believe their eyes when they see who is driving the van. It's a woman who is known to the team as the 'super hot blonde,' who is rumored to be the mastermind behind the drug trafficking ring they have been tracking for months. The team springs into action and moves in on the van. Penoyer directs the team to take down the woman and her two accomplices without causing any harm to anyone in the vicinity.

Despite their quick response, things don't go as planned, and the team is forced to engage in a high-speed chase with the van. After a nerve-wracking pursuit, the team manages to corner the van and bring it to a halt. They find a significant quantity of illegal drugs in the van, which they confiscate and book the woman and her accomplices.

Next, the focus shifts to officer Shelunda Cooper, who is called to a domestic violence case. The complaint is about a couple who have been arguing loudly and causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. When Cooper arrives at the couple's home, she finds that the man is highly agitated and the situation looks precarious. But Cooper keeps her cool and tries to diffuse the situation.

Working her way through the man's anger and frustration, Cooper is finally able to get to the root of the issue. It turns out that he was stressed out about work and had taken it out on his partner. Cooper convinces him to calm down and talk to his partner peacefully. By the end of the incident, the couple reconciles, and the situation is resolved without any further complications.

The episode then follows deputy Julie Bower, who is called to handle a strange case. Bower is called to investigate an elderly woman who has been living in her car in a mall parking lot for the last two days. The woman, who is in her 80s, claims that she can't remember how she got there and is unable to locate her home or her family.

Bower investigates the woman's situation and is able to track down her family, who had reported her missing earlier. The woman is reunited with her family, and Bower facilitates a smooth handover. She sits with the family, and they share their gratitude towards the force, which had been tasked with investigating the case.

Lastly, the episode shifts to deputy Erika Huerta, who is called to investigate a robbery. The victim had been robbed at gunpoint, and the assailants had taken everything she had, including her car. Huerta is called to investigate and apprehend the offenders.

Throughout the episode, Huerta showcases her excellent detective skills and is able to track down the suspects and make an arrest. She works diligently through the details of the case, and her hard work pays off when she successfully wraps up the investigation and brings the perpetrators to justice.

Overall, "Super Hot Blonde" is an action-packed episode that showcases the challenges that the female officers of Broward County face on a daily basis. It highlights their courage, dedication, and passion for their job and their community.
