The episode opens with Deputy Andrea Penoyer and her partner, Deputy Terri Sasala, responding to a call about a suspicious vehicle parked outside of a convenience store. Upon arriving, they find a man and woman inside the car, both of whom appear to be under the influence of drugs. After a brief investigation, the officers find pills scattered around the car, leading them to suspect that the two individuals were involved in a drug deal. The officers arrest and charge them with drug possession and intent to distribute.

Next, viewers follow Deputy Julie Bower as she responds to a call about a man who has overdosed on prescription drugs. When Bower arrives at the scene, she finds the man unconscious and unresponsive. With the help of first responders, Bower administers Narcan, a medication used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Thankfully, the man regains consciousness and is transported to a hospital for treatment.

Later in the episode, Deputy Erika Huerta and her team conduct a warrant sweep targeting drug dealers and users. During the operation, they arrest several individuals with outstanding warrants for drug-related offenses. The officers also seize drugs and drug paraphernalia from the suspects' homes and vehicles.

Meanwhile, Deputy Shelunda Cooper responds to a call about a man who is acting erratically and may be under the influence of drugs. When Cooper arrives at the scene, she finds the man lying on the ground with his pants around his ankles. After a brief investigation, Cooper discovers that the man had taken several pills and alcohol, causing him to become disoriented and unable to stand. She calls for an ambulance to transport him to the hospital for treatment.

Throughout the episode, viewers witness the toll that drug abuse and addiction can take on individuals and their families. They also see the dedication and hard work of the female officers as they combat drug-related crimes and strive to keep their community safe.
