Ranger Rob is a television series for young children, following the adventures of a ranger named Rob and his animal friends in the wilderness. In season 1, episode 20, titled "Big Sky Park Animal Sitters," Ranger Rob and his friends are tasked with taking care of the animals in Big Sky Park while the regular animal sitters are away.

The episode begins with Rob and his friends, Dakota and Stomper, receiving a call from Mr. Porter, the regular animal sitter at Big Sky Park. Mr. Porter is going on vacation and needs someone to look after the animals while he's away. Rob, Dakota, and Stomper jump at the opportunity and head to the park.

Once they arrive, they meet some of the animals they'll be taking care of, including a family of rabbits, a group of squirrels, and a shy deer named Daphne. The animals are excited to have new animal sitters and show Rob and his friends around the park.

The first task for the animal sitters is to feed the animals. They head to the park's storehouse, where they find bags of food for each type of animal. Rob and Dakota set to work filling the food bowls, while Stomper keeps an eye on the curious rabbits who try to hop into the storehouse while they're working.

Next, Rob takes the animals for a walk around the park. As they explore, they discover a pond and a beaver dam. The beavers are hard at work building the dam, which is causing the water to rise. Rob realizes that if the water level gets too high, it could flood the park. He decides to call Big Sky Park's chief ranger, Ranger Dan, for help.

Ranger Dan arrives and tells Rob and his friends that they need to drain some of the water from the pond to prevent it from flooding. He shows them how to use a water pump to siphon off the excess water and directs them to a drainage ditch where they can safely release it.

While they're working, the animal sitters notice that Daphne the deer is missing. They split up to search for her and eventually find her hiding in a nearby thicket. Daphne is scared of the loud noise from the water pump, so Rob suggests that they move it away from her hiding spot. With the noise gone, Daphne comes out of the thicket and joins the group again.

After the crisis is averted, the animal sitters continue their animal care duties. They play with the squirrels and even teach them a new game that involves jumping from tree to tree. They also find a lost bird and use their knowledge of the park to help it find its way back to its nest.

As the day draws to a close, Rob, Dakota, and Stomper say goodbye to the animals and head back to Ranger Rob's cabin. They're exhausted but happy to have helped out in the park. Before they go to bed, they all agree that they made the perfect team and that they look forward to more animal-sitting adventures in the future.

Overall, "Big Sky Park Animal Sitters" is a heartwarming and educational episode of Ranger Rob. It teaches young viewers about the importance of taking care of animals and the environment while also providing plenty of fun and adventure. It's a must-watch for fans of the show and for young children who enjoy learning about nature.
