Ep 1. Prologue to the Legend

The group consists of King Kashue, the sorcerer Slayn, the thief Woodchuck, the dwarf Gim, and the elf Deedlit. They are all seasoned adventurers who have been traveling through Lodoss in search of treasure and adventure.

Later, Parn has a chance encounter with Deedlit, who is bathing in a forest stream. They strike up a conversation, and Parn is smitten with her beauty and grace. Deedlit reveals that she is on a mission to find the source of the goblin attacks and put a stop to them for good.

As the episode comes to a close, Parn decides to leave his village and join the Free Knights of Lodoss. He hopes to become a great hero like King Kashue and fight for the safety of the people of Lodoss.
