Fred's final stop on his culinary tour of Marrakesh is the elegant and sophisticated restaurant, Dar Moha. The restaurant is housed in a stunning 19th-century mansion, and its menu is inspired by traditional Moroccan cuisine but with a modern twist. Fred meets with Head Chef Moha Fedal, who takes him through some of the restaurant's signature dishes, including a modern take on the classic chicken tagine and a dessert made with fresh figs and almonds.
