In the forest, Robin and his friends come across Eric and Morse, who say they are "charcoal burners" in search of the right wood for their trade. The meeting takes place under the most auspicious circumstances, because Eric and Morse prove to be excellent company, and are immediately made to feel right at home by our heroes.
