Seann William Scott, famously known for his role as Steve Stifler in the "American Pie" franchise, takes the stage as the host of Saturday Night Live's 27th season, episode 2. Along with Scott, rock band Sum 41 is set to perform as the musical guest for the night.
As the show kicks off, Scott delivers a monologue about his newfound fame and the challenges he's faced as an actor. He jokes about his typecast role as the party-loving "Stifler" and pokes fun at the idea of him being just a one-note actor. The audience erupts with laughter as he delivers punchline after punchline.
The first sketch of the night features Scott as a talk show host, welcoming guests to his show. However, every time he says their names, he pronounces them incorrectly.
