Yuki, Kurumi, and Miki head out to look for Taromaru, their pet dog, when they notice that he's missing. As they head out in search of Taromaru, they come across Takeya who is also looking for him. After a while, they come across Taromaru who is covered in blue powder and not acting like his normal self.
The girls take Taromaru back to their safe haven where they give him a bath. While they are washing him, they notice that there is blue mold growing on his body. They quickly inform the rest of the group, and they realize that the mold is dangerous. It can cause anyone who is infected by it to become extremely aggressive and dangerous.
The girls go into action to try to contain the mold and to keep themselves and the rest of the group safe. They decide to quarantine Taromaru and to clean up the area around him. They set up a perimeter around the infected area and use plastic sheet walls to isolate it from the rest of the school.
As the rain begins to pour outside, the infected mold begins to spread and the girls rush to try and stem the tide of the infection. They realize that the spores are coming from the roof and they climb up to investigate. They discover that the roof is covered in blue mold and that it is spreading rapidly.
The girls work together to clean up the roof and stop the spread of the mold. With time ticking away, they are able to contain the infection and keep those around them safe. However, things take an unexpected turn when they discover that Taromaru isn't the only victim of the mold.
Throughout the episode, the girls must rely on their skills and their teamwork to limit the spread of the infection and to keep themselves safe in the face of danger. They learn to work together, to be resourceful, and to keep their wits about them even in the most trying of circumstances.
As the episode comes to a close, the girls are tired but triumphant. They have once again managed to survive in the face of danger, and they realize that they are stronger together than they are alone. With Taromaru on the mend and the mold contained, they can rest easy knowing that they are safe for now. But as always, danger lurks around every corner, and their battle for survival is far from over.
