Eliza is caught off guard and humiliated when her co-worker Crisantha pranks her with a Yelp review that exposes some of her personal information. After being laughed at and ridiculed by her colleagues, she seeks Henry's help to remove the review, but he's not convinced that the solution is that simple. Instead, he encourages her to confront her fear of vulnerability and face her issues head-on. Meanwhile, Henry has his own set of problems to deal with when he's forced to confront his fear of aging and mortality after a chance encounter with an older gentleman.
