In Shameless season 8 episode 3, the Gallagher family is still up to their usual shenanigans. Fiona is struggling to keep her apartment building under control, as new tenants prove to be difficult and noncompliant. Meanwhile, Lip starts his first day on the job and struggles to handle the pressure and responsibility of his new position. Debbie takes on a new job while Carl puts his plan into action to enlist in the military.
