Ep 14. The Bodyguard

Kara Danvers aka Supergirl is back with a brand new episode, and this time around, we find her in a rather precarious position. In the upcoming episode of Supergirl season 5 episode 14, titled "The Bodyguard", Kara finds herself in need of protection after a threat is made on her life. This time, her powers won't be enough to save her as she is faced with a cunning assassin.

Following the events of the previous episode, in which Supergirl fought alongside M’gann and the Martian Resistance to free the remaining Green Martians from Lex Luthor’s grasp, the superhero finds herself at a high state of alert after a hitman has been sent to take her out. The situation becomes even more complicated when it is revealed that the killer is someone who has her same abilities, including super strength and speed. This means that her usual tactics will not be enough to fend off the threat, forcing her to seek the help of a bodyguard to ensure her safety.

In her time of need, Supergirl enlists the help of her friend and protector, Andrea Rojas (played by Julie Gonzalo), who offers to put aside her own business concerns to act as her bodyguard. However, as the danger looms closer, it becomes clear that Andrea's experience in security may not be enough to protect Kara from a ruthless killer who is determined to take her out no matter what.

Meanwhile, back at the DEO, Alex (played by Chyler Leigh) is trying to track down the identity of the assassin who is after Kara's life. At the same time, J'onn (played by David Harewood) is grappling with a personal crisis as he comes to terms with the loss of his father. Despite the challenges facing the DEO, they remain dedicated to protecting National City and stopping the threat against Supergirl.

As Supergirl and Andrea go on the run and evade the hitman's attempts, they begin to uncover a sinister plot that has far-reaching consequences. The investigation takes them to some seedy locations, and they encounter some dangerous individuals along the way. With each encounter, they get closer to unraveling the mystery behind the threat, putting themselves in even more danger.

With the stakes high and the danger mounting, Supergirl and Andrea must stay one step ahead of their assailant to stay alive. As they fight for survival, they soon realize that the threat is a lot bigger than they initially suspected, and they must work together to stop the person behind it all before it's too late.
