Teachers Season 2, Episode 19: "Don't Go Pranking My Heart"
In this episode of Teachers, the group of educators finds themselves competing to see who can pull off the best prank. Naturally, this leads to a series of hilarious hijinks as each teacher tries to outdo the others.
As the episode opens, we see Ms. Snap (Katie O'Brien) attempting to hide a whoopee cushion in Ms. Bennigan's (Katy Colloton) chair. Unfortunately for her, Ms. Bennigan catches her in the act and the two engage in a playful back-and-forth about pranking.
The prank war heats up when Ms. Snap and Ms. Feldman (Caitlin Barlow) team up to set a mousetrap in Ms. Watson's (Kate Lambert) desk drawer. However, they end up getting more than they bargained for when they accidentally catch Ms. Cannon's (Cate Freedman) pet hamster instead.
Meanwhile, Ms. Bennigan tries to get in on the pranking action by convincing Ms. Feldman to help her rig Principal Pearson's (Tim Bagley) office with a fake spider. However, their plan backfires when the principal is so terrified that he ends up locking himself in his office.
The teachers' antics continue throughout the episode as they try to outdo each other with increasingly elaborate pranks. However, things take a turn when Ms. Watson realizes that the whole prank war has been distracting them from their actual jobs.
As she explains to the group, their constant shenanigans have been causing chaos in the school and distracting the students from their studies. She urges them to focus on their jobs and set a better example for the kids.
The group takes her advice to heart and decides to call a truce on their pranking. However, just when they think they've put the prank war behind them, they discover that one last prank was set in motion before the truce was declared.
Overall, "Don't Go Pranking My Heart" is a fun and lighthearted episode that highlights the camaraderie and playful spirit of the Teachers. While it's a bit silly at times, the episode ultimately reminds us of the importance of staying focused and setting a good example for those around us.
