Ep 15. Who Owes Who What?

Rob and Laura Petrie are a happily married couple living in New York City. Rob works as a comedy writer for a television variety show called "The Alan Brady Show," while Laura is a homemaker. In season 1 episode 15, titled "Who Owes Who What?", Rob and his co-writers Buddy Sorrell and Sally Rogers are struggling to come up with a new sketch for the upcoming show. She decides to return everything and pay for it herself, but when she tries to do so, she realizes that Millie has left her with a huge bill. Laura is frantic and doesn't know how they will be able to pay it all back.

In the end, Rob and Laura's fears are put to rest when Millie reveals that she actually owes them for a favor they did for her many years ago. She was embarrassed to tell them at first, which is why she insisted on paying for everything. Rob and Laura are relieved and grateful, and the three of them enjoy a good laugh about the whole situation.
