Bo and Luke Duke, along with their cousin Daisy, continue their shenanigans in the rural town of Hazzard County in season 1 episode 12 of The Dukes of Hazzard, titled "Route 7-11." The episode begins with the arrival of a new deputy in Hazzard County, Sheriff Little's nephew Mitch. However, Mitch is not an honest lawman like his uncle, and soon reveals himself to be working with corrupt businessman J.D. Hogg.

Hogg has his sights set on purchasing the property of a small convenience store owner, Mr. Simpson, whose store sits on a plot of land that Hogg wants to develop into a shopping mall. But Simpson refuses to sell, leading Hogg and Mitch to scheme a plan to force him out. Mitch falsifies a report claiming Simpson's store is a safety hazard and orders it to be closed down. Bo, Luke, and Daisy, who frequently visit Simpson's store, smell something fishy and decide to investigate.

The Duke cousins try to help Simpson's case by going to the city council meeting where Simpson is set to plead his case. However, Hogg has arranged for Simpson's lawyer to be bribe, leading to the council siding with Hogg. With no other options left, Simpson turns to the Dukes for help in transporting his merchandise to a new location outside of Hazzard. Bo and Luke agree to help, but they soon realize that Hogg and Mitch are hot on their trail.

In a hilarious chase scene, the Dukes manage to outsmart Hogg and Mitch by hiding Simpson's goods in their infamous orange car, the General Lee. They then make their way to Simpson's new location, only to find that Hogg has hired a group of goons to destroy Simpson's new store and drive him out of business once and for all. In an intense showdown, the Dukes and Simpson's friends fight off the goons and save the store from destruction.

In the end, Simpson's store is saved and Hogg's plan has failed. Moreover, Mitch has been exposed as a crooked deputy and is fired from his position. The episode concludes with a celebratory scene at Simpson's store, where everyone is enjoying a barbecue and Daisy is serving up some of her famous moonshine.

Overall, "Route 7-11" is an exciting episode of The Dukes of Hazzard that showcases the resourcefulness and heroic actions of Bo, Luke, and Daisy. Through their clever tactics and unwavering loyalty, the cousins succeed in protecting one of Hazzard County's own and taking down a corrupt businessman and his accomplice.
