Ep 14. Blood For Blood

Patrick Jane continues to investigate the case of his wife and daughter's murder, but he also has a new case to solve in this episode, "Blood For Blood." Jane and the rest of the CBI team are called to a rural area to investigate the murder of a young girl, who is found dead in a river. Although the girl is immediately identified as a prostitute, the team soon discovers that she was actually an immigrant who was forced into prostitution by a local pimp.

As Jane and the team dig deeper into the case, they discover that the pimp, who has a history of violence, could be responsible for the girl's death. However, when they question the pimp, he denies any involvement and points the finger at someone else. Jane begins to suspect that the pimp may be protecting someone, and he decides to go undercover to gather more information.

Meanwhile, Lisbon is dealing with her own personal problems as she tries to reconnect with her brother, who she has not seen in years. Her brother, who is dealing with his own issues, is hesitant to let Lisbon back into his life, but she is determined to mend their relationship.

As Jane continues to work undercover, he discovers that the pimp's brother is involved in the murder and is trying to cover it up. The brother, who is a lawyer, has been using his connections to silence anyone who might have seen something. However, Jane is able to gather enough evidence to prove the brother's involvement and to bring him to justice.

As the episode comes to a close, Lisbon and her brother are able to reconcile, and Jane is seen contemplating his own past and how it has affected his present. "Blood For Blood" is another thrilling episode of The Mentalist, full of suspense and emotion.
