Ep 17. Bloodstream

In the seventeenth episode of The Mentalist's third season, titled "Bloodstream," Patrick Jane and the CBI team are called to investigate the murder of a popular motivational speaker named Hayley Sands. Upon arriving at the crime scene, they discover that it was a particularly gruesome one: Hayley has been stabbed to death and her body left in a ravine.

Jane uses his trademark wit and observational skills to piece together the clues and solve the case, but not without putting himself and the rest of the team in danger.

Overall, "Bloodstream" is an intense, suspenseful episode of The Mentalist that showcases the series' trademark combination of slick detective work and complex character development. As always, Simon Baker delivers a standout performance as the plucky Patrick Jane, while Robin Tunney shines as the tough, no-nonsense Teresa Lisbon.
