Ep 7. Over the River and Through the Woods

As they near the bridge, they encounter a group of survivors who are blocking their way. This leads to a tense confrontation, but ultimately Eve and her team are able to cross the bridge and reach the other side.

Back at the mall, tensions continue to simmer. Kevin, one of the leaders of the other faction, confronts Mia, a drug addict who has been helping him gather supplies, about her addiction. Things get heated, and Kevin ends up taking Mia's drugs away from her. This prompts her to leave the mall in search of more drugs, which leads her on a dangerous journey through the mist.

As night falls, Adrian becomes increasingly unstable. He appears to be hallucinating, seeing things that aren't there, and becomes convinced that one of the other survivors is out to get him. He steals a gun and takes the survivor hostage, leading to a tense standoff with the rest of the group. Eventually, Adrian is disarmed and subdued, but his actions have only underscored how fragile the group is and how dangerous the situation they are in really is.

In the final moments of the episode, we see Mia struggling to navigate the mist and avoid the dangers that lurk within it. She is injured and alone, with no one to turn to for help. It's clear that her journey will have consequences for both her and the survivors back at the mall.

Overall, "Over the River and Through the Woods" is another tense and suspenseful episode of The Mist, as the survivors continue to grapple with the terror of their situation and the unknown dangers that lie ahead.
