Ep 2. Off The Rails

Due to a severe train accident, the staff at San Antonio Memorial are put to the test when dozens of patients are rushed into the hospital. As TC and Jordan work closely together to treat patients, they try to ignore their growing tension and focus on saving lives. Meanwhile, Paul and Shannon must perform a risky surgery in order to save a young boy's arm, and Drew considers following his heart despite the possible consequences. As the night wears on, tempers flare and emotions run high as the Night Shift crew do everything they can to keep their patients alive.
