The Pitch is both a documentary and a reality television show. The show is about the real life world of advertising agencies and the work which goes into pitching or selling a customer an advertising campaign. Advertising agencies compete for each and every campaign they run. Most companies seek out bids from different agencies and choose the one they believe will best fit their company's style and product. The competition is fierce.

This show looks not only behind the glamour of advertising agencies but also takes a focused look at the competition to get business with a good advertising campaign.
