Ep 7. Choke-Lahoma

After a drama-filled trip to Bali, the ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County are back in the comfort of their homes in Southern California. But just because they're home doesn't mean the drama stops.

In episode 7, titled Choke-Lahoma, tensions are high between Shannon and Heather. The two women have been at odds since Shannon accused Heather of being a fake friend. And now, the tension between them has reached a boiling point.

The episode takes a turn when the ladies attend a party at Lizzie's house. Things take a turn for the worse when Shannon and Heather get into a heated argument that ends with Shannon choking on a piece of food.

As Shannon struggles to catch her breath, the other ladies jump into action to try to help her. The incident brings the ladies together and they realize that while they may have their differences, they still care about each other.

The episode ends with Shannon reflecting on her life and the drama that comes with being a Real Housewife. She realizes that life is short and she wants to focus on what's really important: her family and friends.
