But Victor and Anita, ever ready in face of adversity, manage to talk the delivery man out of betraying them, allowing him to give them what they came for.

With the cure safely in their possession, Victor and Anita race back to the babies to administer it. But T.H.E.M's henchmen are hot on their tail. Victor and Anita pull out all the stops, jumping, and sliding in their attempts to escape the villains and make it back to the babies in time.

Upon arrival, they use the cure to snap the babies out of their trance and save the day. Dr. Hypno and his allies are apprehended, and peace is restored to London.
