This is a reality television show. Tim Ferriss explores ways to make normal people into super humans without the use of genetic engineering. Each episode of this series takes a look at a new method of training the body or mind. Ferriss uses himself as a human guinea pig to experiment with different human enhancement programs. He takes the viewer through experimental courses, most of which are four hour programs, that may improve how we work, eat and play.

Everybody wants a better life but deciding on courses to make it happen can be daunting. Ferriss uses each episode to highlight a different course so the viewer can make an informed decision.
