Ep 2. Alpaca-lypse

The cat's owner is worried that it might have a serious illness, but after a thorough examination, Dr. Lavigne determines that the cat's problems are related to diet and exercise. She advises the owner on how to modify the cat's routine and suggests a weight loss plan that will help the cat get back to a healthy weight.

Later on, Dr. Ross receives a call from a client whose beloved dog has been diagnosed with cancer. The client wants to explore all possible treatment options, but is also realistic about the prognosis. Dr. Ross talks through the options with the client, explaining the pros and cons of various approaches and working with them to devise a treatment plan that is both realistic and compassionate.

The episode ends with Dr. Blue checking back in on the alpaca, who is responding well to treatment and showing signs of improvement.
