Cinnamon manages to infiltrate the narcotics ring by posing as Walters' widow and Cresnic's new partner -- after the "death" of her husband in an elevator accident staged by the IMF. Meanwhile Rollin lures Cresnic into believing he is running a competitive heroin ring. Cresnic takes Phelps, posing as Rollin's chemist, hostage to disguise his heroin shipments as bath salts. With both Cinnamon and Phelps now working inside Cresnic's organization, the IMF waits for all the buyers to gather before it delivers the coup de grace.
