Ep 3. Dæmonicus

In The X-Files season 9 episode 3, titled Dæmonicus, Mulder and Scully investigate a gruesome series of murders that seem to involve satanic rituals. They soon discover that a man named Padgett, who has previously been convicted of similar crimes, has made a deal with the devil in exchange for immortal life.
