Hosts Kevin O'Connor, general contractor Tom Silva, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey, and landscape contractor Roger Cook are back to oversee the restoration of an 1850s Greek Revival farmhouse located in Roxbury, Massachusetts.

In this episode, the focus is on the addition that will be attached to the main house. Tom Silva explains the importance of properly attaching the addition to the main structure, and he shows us the process of doing just that. There is a lot of work involved, including cutting the foundation, setting footings, and creating a new entryway into the house.
