Bing and Bong spot a tuba! But when they try to play the instrument, they can only manage one flat note. Discouraged, they are ready to give up when Bing notices the finger stops. With Bong blowing and Bing pushing the stops, the two collaborate to produce several varied notes. Cool Flockers arrive and all five jam together.
