Excited about the idea of a relaxing vacation, the Mew Mews head to the hot springs resort. Upon arrival, they meet a group of cute boys who are also staying at the resort. Ichigo and the others are instantly smitten with them and they all decide to spend their time at the resort together.
As the group relaxes in the warm waters, they notice that the boys seem to be acting strange. They also notice some suspicious activity happening around the resort, including unusual sounds and strange events. When they investigate, they discover that the boys they met are actually aliens who have taken over the bodies of the original group. The aliens plan to use the hot springs to take over the world by brainwashing the visitors who come to the resort.
Determined to stop the alien invasion, the Mew Mews transform into their superhero alter-egos and fight against the aliens. The fight takes place in and around the hot springs, leading to some interesting and humorous moments. However, the Mew Mews are able to defeat the aliens and save the world once again.
