Ep 5. Make a Splash

In this episode of Top Chef: Just Desserts season 2, titled "Make a Splash," the six remaining contestants are challenged to create desserts inspired by the sea. They start off by joining host Gail Simmons at the California Science Center, where they are surrounded by all kinds of marine life. The chefs are tasked with choosing one sea creature as their inspiration and using it to create a visually stunning and delicious dessert.

They present their creations to the judges, who are blown away by the creativity and skill on display. One chef in particular stands out, earning high praise for their stunning and delicious dessert.

But in the end, it is the judges' verdict that matters. After much deliberation, they announce which chef has won the challenge and who will be going home. For one chef, it will be the end of the road, while the other five will move on to the next challenge, one step closer to being crowned Top Chef: Just Desserts.
