Ep 5. The Big Mistake

The Bellas are back with episode 5 of season 4, "The Big Mistake." This episode brings audiences along on Nikki's journey as she struggles to find herself after her split from John Cena. Though her family is deeply supportive, it's clear that Nikki is having a tough time figuring out what comes next for her.

Meanwhile, Brie is also dealing with some big changes in her life. For Nikki, this means facing some painful truths about her relationship with John Cena, and learning to accept the mistakes she's made along the way.

For Brie, this means figuring out how to balance her work and her personal life, and coming to terms with the fact that she may have to make some sacrifices along the way. Throughout it all, both sisters show incredible resilience and strength, and demonstrate just how important family can be in times of hardship.

As always, Total Bellas takes viewers behind the scenes of the sisters' lives, giving us a glimpse into their daily routines, their struggles, and their triumphs. With "The Big Mistake," we see that even when life gets tough, the Bellas always find a way to come out on top.
