Ep 7. When A Good Girl's Gone Bad

When A Good Girl's Gone Bad is the seventh episode of the fourth season of Total Bellas, a reality TV series that follows the lives of WWE professional wrestlers Nikki and Brie Bella, and their families.

In this episode, the Bellas are dealing with some major relationship issues. Nikki's fiancé Artem is still in the midst of his Dancing With the Stars journey and the distance paired with the long hours is putting a strain on their relationship. Meanwhile, Brie's husband Bryan is becoming more and more frustrated with her "baby brain," and is feeling like she's not doing enough around the house.

Despite these issues, the Bella twins and their significant others come together to celebrate the birthday of their mother Kathy. At the party, both Nikki and Brie confide in their mother about the problems in their relationships.

Throughout the episode, the sisters receive guidance and advice from their mother, as well as from their brother JJ and his wife Lauren. JJ and Lauren themselves are navigating some difficulties in their relationship, as they try to balance parenthood with their careers and their marriage.

As tensions rise between the couples, Nikki takes a trip back home to Phoenix to clear her head and spend some time with her family. While there, she participates in a charity event for breast cancer awareness, and is faced with a touching reminder of her own personal experience with the disease.

Meanwhile, Brie sets out on a mission to prove to Bryan that she is still capable of being a competent partner, and takes on the challenge of organizing a trip for the family.

As the episode comes to a close, both Nikki and Brie are left with some tough decisions to make about their respective relationships. Will they be able to work through their issues and come out stronger on the other side?
