Ep 1. Brave New Bellas

The Bellas are back! In season 5 of Total Bellas, we are welcomed into the next stage of the Bella twins' lives as they navigate new relationships, motherhood, and business ventures.

In the first episode, "Brave New Bellas," we catch up with Nikki and Brie as they settle into their new homes in Napa Valley and Phoenix, respectively. As they adjust to their new surroundings, we see glimpses of their personal lives - Nikki is experiencing anxiety due to her new relationship with Artem and Brie is grappling with balancing her role as a mother with her passion for wrestling.

Additionally, we are introduced to new cast member, Artem Chigvintsev, Nikki's boyfriend and former Dancing with the Stars partner. We see him and Nikki interact as they navigate their relationship and make plans for the future.

Meanwhile, Brie's husband, Bryan, is contemplating his future in wrestling and whether or not he should return to the ring. This decision weighs heavily on Brie as she worries about the toll it might take on their already busy family life.

Other familiar faces reappear in this season's premiere, including Brie and Nikki's mother, Kathy, and Brie's best friend, WWE Star, Daniel Bryan.

As always, the episode is full of lighthearted moments as well as emotional ones. Viewers will see Nikki confront her anxiety and insecurities, Brie's struggle to find balance, and the Bellas' unwavering support for each other through it all.
