Ep 7. The Savage Spider-Man

In "The Savage Spider-Man," the seventh episode of the third season of Ultimate Spider-Man, things take a turn for the wild when Spider-Man is transformed into a monstrous spider creature. With his teammates struggling to contain their fears about the new and dangerous form he's taken on, Spider-Man fights against himself to gain control over his body and mind once more.

This episode begins with Spider-Man and his fellow S.H.I.E.L.D. trainees, Luke Cage, Nova, and White Tiger, on a mission to stop the villainous Swarm from stealing a revolutionary new superconductor from Empire State University. After a fiery battle, Spider-Man gets separated from the others and is suddenly attacked by a venomous spider.

Fearing the worst, Spider-Man swings back to S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters, only to find out that the poison is causing him to develop spider-like features. His strength, reflexes, and even his new appendages put him at odds with the team, making it difficult for them to trust him. When Spider-Man's body and mind start to lose control and turn him into a dangerous monster, the race is on to find a cure before it's too late.

As Spider-Man searches for ways to reverse the effects of the venom and return to his human form, his antics get even more out of control. His web-slinging abilities become more ferocious, and his spider-like transformation prompts him to behave more like an eight-legged creature than a superhero. His friends are afraid to be around him, making the search for the antidote even more difficult.

Desperate to help his friend, S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury sends the team to find an elusive scientist who may be able to help Spider-Man. However, Spider-Man's enemies are on the trail as well, and it soon becomes clear that the scientist has been working on a secret project involving the very same venom that transformed Spider-Man in the first place.

The team must navigate a treacherous web of deceit and danger as they race against time to find the scientist and the antidote that will save Spider-Man. Even as they search, Spider-Man's uncontrollable spider tendencies threaten to destroy everything that they hold dear.

In "The Savage Spider-Man," Ultimate Spider-Man fans will be treated to an action-packed episode that takes a new and terrifying twist on a beloved hero. As they watch Spider-Man struggle to regain control of his body and mind, they'll be swept up in the excitement of a race against time.
