The two seniors reflect on their time at Sierra Canyon as they prepare for what may be their final game of their high school careers. Meanwhile the team helps Coach Sandy celebrate at his baby shower before turning all of their focus toward the championship finals. _x000D_ _x000D_ As the season comes to an end the team's graduating seniors look ahead to life after high school. The team's remaining players and coaches focus on next year and rebuilding their legacy.

5. Opportunity

The play-offs are underway and the Trailblazers know that every game they play could be their last. This is especially significant for the team's graduating seniors, Shy Odom, Amari Bailey, Kijani Wright and Evan Manjikian. With players still out of the line up due to injury, the team looks to sophomore transfer student Isaiah Elohim to fill in the gaps. _x000D_ _x000D_ Isaiah is essential in a rematch against rival Harvard Westlake that puts the guys on course to their first championship title of the season.

This has been a season plagued by injuries and illnesses for the Trailblazers. They've never had the same line-up twice and as as they buckle in for the CIF play-offs, Coach Chevalier worries that the team is not playing together as a unit. Nonetheless the Trailblazers are focused on another championship ring, but a surprise injury in a pivotal game threatens to derail their plans.

After weeks of sitting on the sidelines nursing an injury, Team Captain Amari Bailey returns to the court just in time for the Trailblazers to head to Springfield, MO for the Bass Pro Classic.
