Ep 7. Best Frenemies Forever

Kristin's Uncommon James team is preparing for a big fashion show, but tensions are high amongst some of the employees. Shannon struggles to keep up with her workload and tensions come to a head with Brittainy, causing Kristin to step in and play mediator. Meanwhile, Kristin's best friend, Kelly, comes to town with her boyfriend, and Kristin worries that her boyfriend is not the right fit for her. As the fashion show approaches, tensions continue to mount, but the team is finally able to pull off a successful event. Afterwards, Kristin and Kelly have a heart-to-heart about their friendship and Kelly's relationship, leading to a surprise proposal.
