The day of the Uncommon James store opening finally arrives, but the staff makes several mistakes, pushing Kristin to her breaking point; Brittainy worries about her position in the company and about her continued frustrations with Stone; and Shannon helps Mike pop the question to Taylor.

Kristin travels to New York to promote her new cookbook, but before she goes, she and Jay finally get to meet the Canadian when Kelly brings him over for dinner; and Shannon is enlisted into a plan for a surprise wedding proposal.

Kristin takes the team on a company retreat to the beach before things get too crazy with the opening of the store; Kristin learns she can't quite party like she used to; Taylor struggles to keep her pregnancy a secret from the team; and relationship issues follow the girls all the way to Florida.

Kristin travels to L.A. to co-host during the Red Carpet for the Oscars, leaving Jay behind to check up on the girls at the office; and a member of the UJ family gets some surprising results from a pregnancy test.

Kristin has to re-establish control after the girl-drama of her staff reaches a fever pitch, as the opening of the store approaches; Jay is able to get an answer from Kristin about moving; and Kelly's Canadian crush finally comes to Nashville for a visit.

Jay continues to push Kristin to move out to the country, while she worries about balancing a move with her already hectic schedule; and Shannon finally puts the drama with both Gurney and Brittainy behind her, only to then find herself confronted by an angry Reagan.

Kristin struggles to maintain control as the rivalry between Brittainy and Shannon continues to cause chaos at the office. Jay blindsides Kristin when he announces he wants to buy a new house. And Shannon and Gurney's relationship is put to the test when a drunken Sunday Funday leads to a dramatic exit.

It's been 7 years since The Hills, and Kristin is now married to retired NFL quarterback Jay Cutler, living in Nashville with their three kids, and she's about to open a store for her jewelry line. Running the company out of her house is causing headaches with her marriage, and bringing on a new manager for the store doesn't sit well with her director of social media.
