Ep 6. Duck, Duck

In the sixth episode of season 14 of Worst Cooks in America, titled "Duck, Duck," the remaining contestants are tasked with cooking duck two ways. The chefs, Anne Burrell and Michael Symon, introduce the challenge and demonstrate how to properly break down a duck before the contestants get started.

The chefs then give the contestants 45 minutes to prepare one dish featuring duck breast and one dish featuring duck leg. The contestants rush around the kitchen, anxious to impress the judges and avoid being eliminated.

Some of the contestants struggle with the duck leg, not knowing how to properly cook it. Others have trouble with the duck breast, overcooking it and leaving it tough. Anne and Michael circle the kitchen, offering advice and helping the contestants improve their dishes.

After time is up, the judges taste the dishes and offer feedback. Some dishes are praised for their flavor and presentation, while others fall short. Anne and Michael then deliberate before choosing the two worst dishes of the night.

The bottom two contestants are given one last chance to redeem themselves in a sudden-death cook-off. They are given 30 minutes to prepare a dish using the leftover duck parts. The pressure is high as the contestants know that one mistake could mean an end to their chances in the competition.

In the end, one contestant is eliminated while the others breathe a sigh of relief for surviving another week. As the show comes to a close, Anne and Michael remind the remaining contestants that the competition will only get tougher from here on out.
