Ep 6. Hollywood Goes Bollywood

In this episode of Worst Cooks in America, the remaining contestants are given a Bollywood-themed cooking challenge. For the skill drill, Chef Anne teaches the recruits how to make naan bread from scratch. Some of the cooks struggle to properly mix the ingredients, while others have difficulty understanding how to properly roll out the dough.

Next, Chef Alex introduces the main dish challenge: creating an Indian-inspired meal that will impress a panel of Bollywood food experts. The recruits are split into two teams and given one hour to plan and prepare their dishes. Some of the cooks struggle to come up with unique ideas, while others are unsure how to properly cook the spices.

Once the time is up, the teams present their dishes to the panel. Some of the dishes are a hit, while others are criticized for being too bland or overcooked. The judges deliberate and ultimately decide which team created the best overall meal.

In the main dish challenge, the cooks are also tasked with creating a signature Bollywood drink. Some of the recruits struggle to come up with unique ideas, choosing to stick to traditional mango lassi while others go for a more experimental beverage. As with the main dishes, the judges evaluate the drinks and provide feedback before announcing a winning team.

In the end, one cook is eliminated from the competition while the rest move on to the next challenge – further refining their culinary skills in hopes of becoming the next Worst Cook in America champion.
