Ep 10. Swap Meet Mayhem

Counting Cars is an American reality television series that follows the crew of Las Vegas-based custom car shop Count's Kustoms as they purchase, restore, and sell classic and exotic vehicles. In season 5 episode 10, titled Swap Meet Mayhem, the crew heads out to a local swap meet event to see what kind of treasures they can find.

As they continue to search for hidden gems, they come across a 1970s Volkswagen Thing that catches their eye. It's a limited edition model and the owner is willing to negotiate on the price. Danny decides to make an offer and they soon find themselves in possession of the car.

Back at the shop, the crew gets started on restoring the VW Thing. Mike Henry, the shop's painter, gives the car a fresh coat of paint in a custom green color, while Shannon airbrushes a mural on the hood. Danny, Kevin, and the rest of the team work on replacing the clutch and brakes, as well as installing new seats and a stereo system.

As they work on the VW Thing, the crew also takes on a couple of other odd jobs. They restore a vintage Coca-Cola vending machine that Danny plans to keep in the shop, and they also fix up a 1970s mini bike for a local customer.

Once the VW Thing is complete, the crew takes it out for a spin. They drive it around town and even take it off-roading in the desert. Danny is thrilled with how the car turned out and says that he plans to take it to car shows and events.

Overall, Swap Meet Mayhem is an entertaining episode of Counting Cars that showcases the shop's expertise in restoring classic vehicles. The crew's camaraderie and passion for their work shines through, making it a must-watch for car enthusiasts.
