Ep 15. For Love or Money

In the fifteenth episode of the second season of Dallas, titled "For Love or Money," the Ewing family is faced with new challenges and old foes.

As Bobby tries to keep the family together and protect their interests, John Ross and Pamela's marriage hits a rough patch. John Ross is desperate to win his wife back, but his schemes only push her further away. Meanwhile, Emma finds herself caught in the middle of her father's feud with the Rylands, and Christopher struggles to balance his personal life with his business obligations.

The episode opens with John Ross meeting with the Cartel to try and secure their investment in his oil venture. However, things quickly go south when the Cartel demands a larger share of the profits, threatening John Ross' entire operation. As he tries to figure out a way to get out of this mess, he receives a call from Pamela, who tells him she wants a divorce. John Ross is blindsided by her decision and tries to win her back by offering her a large settlement, but she refuses.

Meanwhile, Bobby and Ann are dealing with a crisis of their own. The bank is threatening to foreclose on Southfork unless they can come up with the money to pay off their loan. Bobby is determined to find a way to save the ranch, but Ann is worried about the toll it's taking on his health. She urges him to take a step back and focus on his own well-being, but Bobby refuses to give up on his family's legacy.

As Christopher tries to balance his work and personal life, he receives a surprise visit from Heather, the woman he's been seeing. Heather tells him that she's pregnant, and Christopher is overjoyed at the news. However, his happiness is short-lived when he receives a call from Elena, who needs his help with a problem at Ewing Energies. Christopher is torn between his obligations and his desire to be there for Heather during this difficult time.

Emma, meanwhile, is caught in the middle of a feud between her father and the Rylands. Harris Ryland is demanding that Emma testify against her grandfather, who is facing charges for his involvement in a Ponzi scheme. Emma is torn between her loyalty to her family and her desire to protect the people she loves. She turns to John Ross for help, but he advises her to stay out of it.

As the episode comes to a close, the Ewing family comes together to face their challenges. Bobby and Ann rally their friends and family to save Southfork, while John Ross finally comes clean to Pamela about his schemes. Christopher makes a decision about his future with Heather, and Emma takes a stand against her father. In the end, the Ewings prove that no matter what obstacles they face, they will always stand together.
