June's job hunt leads her to a position assisting a wealthy man named Russell. However, things take a turn for the awkward when Russell's daughter Chloe shows up and starts making inappropriate comments about her father's relationship with June. Meanwhile, James struggles to find the perfect anniversary gift for his boyfriend, and seeks advice from both June and Chloe. As the day of the anniversary approaches, James makes a decision that could potentially cost him his relationship. All the while, June is trying to navigate the strange dynamic between Russell and Chloe, and figure out just how far she's willing to go in order to keep her new job.
