As a student-athlete in college, Sarah always had pressure to maintain a certain body type in order to perform well on the field. But as her obsession with counting calories worsened, she developed an eating disorder that didn't go away after graduation. Now pregnant with her first child, Sarah faces the challenge of balancing her recovery with her pregnancy.
