Ep 1. Adapt or Die

In the season premiere of Mountain Men, titled "Adapt or Die," viewers are introduced to Eustace Conway, Tom Oar, and Marty Meierotto as they gear up for another season of living off the land and braving the unpredictable wilderness.

Eustace is facing a new challenge as he attempts to build a new cabin for himself and his partner, Raleigh. With winter fast approaching, Eustace must work quickly to ensure they have a warm and sturdy shelter before the snow starts to fall.

Meanwhile, Tom is on a mission to track down a valuable commodity in the forest – beaver pelts. With the price of pelts skyrocketing, Tom knows he can make a fortune if he can bag enough beavers before the season ends. But with competition from other trappers, as well as the ever-present danger of wild animals, Tom's hunt is far from easy.

Marty, on the other hand, is faced with a very different kind of challenge. As a remote trapper living in Alaska, Marty must find a way to adapt to the harsh conditions and unpredictable weather patterns that constantly threaten his way of life. With his family depending on him for survival, Marty is determined to outsmart Mother Nature by any means necessary.

Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to stunning shots of the wilderness as each Mountain Man navigates their own unique set of challenges. From Eustace's uphill battle against time to Tom's race to catch the elusive beaver, this season premiere sets the stage for what promises to be another thrilling season of Mountain Men.
