The Mortified Sessions is a reality television show. Each episode looks into the past life of a famous person. It manages to find and expose their teenage pictures, personal writings and everything else which can be found. This show focuses on the past of celebrities and those embarrassing photos and writings everybody has from their young lives. It exposes people who are now famous.

At one time most people were just everyday ordinary people. Their lives were their own and nobody was watching them. This show takes a candid look at that time in the lives of celebrities and reveals it to the viewer.
