Ep 9. Thanksgiving

Val surprises Holly by inviting their father to Thanksgiving dinner without consulting her. Holly is happy to see him, but suspicious of Val's motives. Meanwhile, Vince sets up a paper football game with his relatives, with the winner getting a job at his family's auto dealership. Despite her natural athleticism, Holly proves to be embarrassingly bad at the game, prompting Vince to offer her a job anyway. But when she accidentally breaks one of the cars while showing off, Holly realizes she's not cut out for the world of car sales. Meanwhile, Val tries to impress her dad by cooking a traditional turkey dinner, but her efforts are sabotaged by her overbearing mother, who shows up uninvited and takes over the kitchen. As tensions rise and secrets are revealed, the family must come together to salvage the holiday.
