Ackley Bridge Full Episode Guide

  • Desperate to get Cory back on the right path, Mandy assigns Sue to help him. With Nasreen feeling overwhelmed after taking her exams and Naveed worrying that he won't have enough money for drama school, the two make surprising decisions about their futures.

  • When rumors fly around school that Cory is having an affair with a teacher, Sian goes to Mandy for help but refuses to admit the truth. Rukhsana tries to help her friend find her long-lost father, and Ackley Bridge holds a raffle fundraiser for girls' rugby.

  • Ackley Bridge's resident bad girl, Rukhsana, puts on a tough face at school, but at home she contends with an incapacitated mother and a domineering older brother. Cory's friends make fun of Candice, leading Sian to reevaluate her relationship with Cory.

  • Cory's promiscuity lands him in trouble, causing a rift between him and Naveed, and Sam's family kicks her out of the house. With her due date in two weeks, Mandy prepares to take maternity leave and hand the reins to the school over to substitute acting head Sian.

  • When Nasreen and Sam are arrested for shoplifting, their families have very different reactions to the news. Sam's mother encourages her daughter's bad behavior, setting them on a collision course with Martin. Kaneez plans to interview for the position of student support officer but faces opposition from Sue.

  • Rashid proposes to Kaneez, but she feels overwhelmed by all the attention. Mandy faces the issue of high absentee rates among Asian students, while grief-stricken Nasreen abandons her hopes for Oxford and gets a job at a factory.

  • Kaneez and Simone wait anxiously for news about Nasreen and Missy after the car accident. Sam tries to help get revenge, but the plan unintentionally inflames racial tensions in the town and at the school. Meanwhile, Martin is tasked with mentoring the new PE teacher, who acts more like a student than an authority figure.

  • Nasreen prepares for an interview to study medicine at Oxford University, while Missy feels caught between supporting her friend and facing her own future without Nasreen. As part of the school's incorporation into a larger multi-academy trust, Mandy deals with two difficult new employees: deputy head Martin and director of behavior Sue.

  • With the school finances a wreck, Mandy meets with an academy trust that wants to take over sponsorship of Ackley Bridge. Jordan worries his grades will keep him from getting into the art school he wants to attend, and the students await their GCSE results.

  • Missy wants to have a family with Aaron instead of continuing her studies, while Nasreen feels frightened by all the possibilities her future holds. Emma clashes with Tony at a school function, and Chloe tries to take the next step in her relationship.

  • Naveed is struggling with his comedy routine, and his problems only get worse when his mother finds out that he is gay. Rashid wants Kaneez to commit to a relationship with him, and Emma is horrified to discover that her daughter is having an affair with an older man.

  • While Alya lives a life of privilege, Cory's family have fallen apart and he has to visit a food bank. Nas gets caught in the crossfire of a fight between Sam and Razia, leaving her to choose between her secret girlfriend and her sister.

  • Mandy is hit with a series of emotional crises, as she deals with the news that she is pregnant and then her abusive father turns up at school, suffering from dementia. Razia takes drastic measures because of Riz, and Hayley’s attempt to support her friend is similarly misguided.

  • Nas falls for the feisty Sam Murgatroyd, but discovers their families and backgrounds put them completely at odds. Meanwhile, Missy and Hayley are heartbroken when Simone relapses, and Mandy is forced to suspend Steve.

  • Missy has never had a real relationship, so when Aaron tells her he loves her, she reacts badly. Her worst views of men are confirmed when a message stream circulates around school revealing Riz and Hayley's sexual relationship. Meanwhile, Mandy is embarrassed by having to call Sadiq and his wife in to discuss Riz's behaviour.

  • Desperate to find a girlfriend, Nas downloads a dating app and, after fending off a series of unsuitable women, falls for a beautiful young girl called Sameera - only for Missy to discover it is Kaneez catfishing Nas as a way of reconnecting with her daughter. Meanwhile, Mandy persuades Steve to interview for the Deputy Head role and Emma and the students are still reeling from tragic events.

  • Sami is riddled with guilt over his affair, so when he discovers Jordan is working for Khadim, he seeks redemption by getting him off the streets and into boxing. However, when Khadim refuses to let Jordan go, Sami is forced to confront his vengeful childhood friend. Meanwhile, Nas is encouraged by Missy to go on a date with a girl, but when she comes on too strong, Nas freaks out and calls for backup from Missy and Aaron. Elsewhere, Alya is furious when she learns that Will is covering her A-level biology classes.

  • Still reeling from the revelation of Iqbal's secret family, Kaneez confronts the other woman and decides she wants to take her life back. When Rashid asks her out on a date, Kaneez realises she needs to put her happiness first for once. Meanwhile, Sadiq and Mandy want more diversity in the school play, and Emma and Sami's affair is galvanised when he helps her convince the Asian pupils to audition for the new production.

  • It is the day of baby Jamie's christening, and ashamed of Cory's lack of interest, Jordan promises to pay for half. However, when the Murgatroyds splash out, Jordan can't deliver his side of the cash. Meanwhile, Mandy gets jealous over Steve when his ex Claire turns up at the school, but is it too late for their relationship?

  • Nas agrees to a sham engagement with Naveed, but emotions run high when she discovers a family secret
